OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the Province of Ontario, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:

• Employees, contractors, directors, or representatives of the Sponsor
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child)
• Individuals residing in the same household as any of the above

Entries from outside Ontario will be void.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.

The Promotion begins on:

March 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST

and ends on:

May 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST

Mail-in entries must be:

• Postmarked on or before May 15, 2026
• Received no later than May 22, 2026

The Sponsor’s clock shall be the official timekeeper for this Promotion.

There are two (2) methods of entry.

A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will have an equal chance of winning.

A) Online Entry

Complete the official entry form, including the correct answer to the mandatory skill-testing question.

Online entries must be submitted before May 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

B) No Purchase Necessary — Free Mail-In Entry (AMOE)

To enter without purchase, mail a handwritten letter including:

• Full legal name
• Complete Ontario mailing address
• Valid email address
• Phone number
• Correct answer to the skill-testing question

Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before May 15, 2026 and received no later than May 22, 2026.

Entry Verification & Anti-Abuse Protection

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all entrants.

Mail-in entries may be subject to verification including, but not limited to:

• Handwriting comparison
• Address validation
• Identity confirmation
• Duplicate detection

Entries submitted using false, fictitious, third-party, automated, robotic, or multiple identities will be disqualified.

Any attempt to circumvent the one-entry-per-person rule will result in immediate disqualification of all associated entries.

The Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility and entry validation are final and binding.

As required by Canadian law, all entrants must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

The question must be answered at the time of entry.

Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $ 5,415

The vehicle is awarded “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied, other than any existing manufacturer warranties, if applicable.

The winner is solely responsible for:

• Licensing
• Registration
• Insurance
• Applicable taxes
• Safety certification
• Any other costs associated with acceptance and operation of the vehicle

Cash Alternative Option

At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, the winner may elect to receive a cash alternative of $5,000 CAD instead of the vehicle.

If selected, the cash alternative replaces the vehicle prize in full. No additional compensation will be provided.
